I'm not sure if it works on all attacks, but it certainly works on unblockables. The moment Ninth Sister starts spinning the blades or rushes at you, you can stun her with pull / push and get a few hits in. Same with other bosses, including animals, with the exception of the old man on Dathomir. Insanely easy. Electrostaff - Not to hard but has larger move set than electrobaton. Pretty easy if you just hold block and roll unblockables. Electrohammer - Step up from the rest, more health but still fairy easy. Just force slow and double split saber, kills even without upgraded damage. Commander - Most annoying to fight but still pretty easy. My best Inquisitor Cal tips for those crazy enough to try him. Don't spam attack him because his stamina is ridiculous. Wait for him to attack you first. Kick+heavy attack combo him. He is weak to lightsaber throws like 9th+2nd Sister.
