Under DVD Device, click on Driver tab, first try Update Driver > Automatically. If that fails see if Roll Back is available. If not choose Uninstall, restart PC to reinstall the driver. Next right click Start button to open Disk Management, scroll down to find the DVD drive.

The prescribed approach is to open the TV/DVD combo, remove the DVD drive, and manually eject the erring disc. The DVD drive of a Westinghouse SK-40H590D would be something like the image below. To manually extract the disc, manually turn the loading motor.
